Due to the impact of COVID-19, our carriers are prioritizing the delivery of vaccine shipments and as a result, you may experience a delay in receiving your gifts this holiday season.
If we cannot ship the order as promised time, the customer can request cancellation of the order. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
